Investment Policy Statement
We create an Investment Policy Statement for each client. This document describes how we work with client assets. It identifies restrictions on asset allocation and defines due diligence with respect to selecting investments. The IPS also identifies specific client and advisor responsibilities. A proposed portfolio of specific investments usually accompanies the IPS.
Wealth Management
We offer two ways to help you make the most of your assets. The Portfolio supervision arrangement is for clients who want us to design and oversee their portfolios, reporting to them monthly and meeting with them at least annually to review, assess and rebalance the portfolio in light of changes in the market and in their lives. No changes are made in the investments without the client’s present consent. All services performed for the client are covered by a management fee.
Portfolio supervision
We create your Investment Policy Statement. We oversee your investments, reporting to you monthly and meeting with you at least annually.
Financial consulting
You manage your portfolio. We bill you at an hourly rate to review your portfolio and offer investment advice consistent with your objectives.
Alternatively, clients may choose to view the advisor as a financial consultant. Under this arrangement clients receive assistance in setting up a diversified portfolio which they oversee themselves. At their discretion, clients can meet with the advisor periodically to review the balance and relevance of the portfolio. A client may receive a financial plan, a retirement projection, or a cash flow projection as a one-time service. All consultant services are billed at an hourly rate. Refer to our Disclosure for current rates.
